  This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had working with a company. I can't recommend you not hire them enough. BEWARE. When I setup my cleaning with Pennant I asked to have my baseboards, interior windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room cleaned. I did a walk through with the cleaning crew so they knew what to focus on and what didn't really matter and I again reiterated the same tasks. After 3.5 hours the team called me to return to check out the work they did. I was impressed with how clean they got under my bed which I know had a ton of pet hair. They also meticulously organized the desk even though I asked them not to touch it. But once they left and I was able to really take a look at the work I realized that none of the baseboards had been cleaned, the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned nor the window sills. I also discovered two large oil stains on the walls of my main hallway. The crew spilled floor cleaner and it splashed up on the walls. I emailed Pennant and explained the work that had not been completed and the damages to my wall. Orlando responded that this was an oversight and should have been completed and that he could send the team back out the next day, Friday the 15th, to complete the work. He did not comment on the damage. I was unable to have the team come back out the next day as I had to go into the office. When I came home Friday night I discovered that the team had knocked over and broke a glass figure I received in 1997. They just placed the broken piece next to the figure and never told me what happened. I emailed Pennant back and asked them to send me a revised invoice, less the amount of work that was not completed and less the amount of damages to my walls and property. I received an email back immediately that read: "Katie, You never intended to pay for your cleaning and I reported you as a scam artist. My team clean your apartment better than it had ever being cleaned and you told them onsite that it was perfect and shortly after u start to send pictures of unsubstantiated claims. We do not want anything from you ( I know that’s what you want). You are a despicable human being. Please do not contact us again and I already reported your scam so other hardworking people do t get scammed." I wrote back that even after they spoke so horribly to me I would still pay a partial invoice for the work that was actually done, but that it would need to be substantially less. I also reached out to Thumbtack to let them know how their Pro was treating a customer. And then today I received a new invoice for $24 less than the original. As if that was enough to cover the damages or the work that was not completed. They never apologized for speaking to me like garbage for just merely questioning their work. Thumbtack was also no help whatsoever. I paid the invoice because I want to be done with this situation but I can't warn people enough. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY if you want the work done on time, thoroughly and without damaging your home and property. By the way, they were 45 minutes late and I had to reach out to them to see where they were. Horrible experience. I'm still really upset that I ever hired them or had them in my home.
